Barbaro - Is it OK to forget yet?

I guess our collective hate for the media glorification of horses began when Secreteriat was ranked No. 35 in ESPN's Top 50 athletes of the century in 1999. (Better athlete than Mickey Mantle, Pete Sampras, Dr. J, and Walter Payton? Really, ESPN?)

In any event, we still hate horses (espeically dead ones), which is why I think I speak for all three of us when I say what is going on?

I can think of at least one better way to remember Barbaro.
